More than half the children in Year 5 have now completed their Bikeability training.
Our school participated in the Panathlon on 04/03/2025, competing against seven other schools in various activities. The team demonstrated outstanding behaviour, resilience, and teamwork, ultimately winning the event.

Our schools are all part of Red Kite Learning Trust, a multi academy of 14 schools who benefit from centralised support and collaboration.
Our Youth Board have been discussing rewilding, sustainability, election plans and the first Red Kite Learning Trust Olympics.

As keen mathematicians at OJS, everyone has taken part in the qualifying rounds for the Maths Challenge to represent their Oatlands Housein the finals.
Everyone is looking forward to the finals on Thursday 12th November.
Ofsted has confirmed that Oatlands Junior School continues to be a ‘Good’ school with evidence to suggest that the school could be judged outstanding if we were to carry out a graded inspection now.
In this year’s report we have chosen to celebrate the successes of our schools, communities, colleagues, and young people by telling some of the stories from across our Trust.

This year’s theme is ‘Let’s Connect’. Children at OJS will be exploring this both in assemblies and PSHE lessons. Let’s Connect is about making meaningful connections.
All our pupils and staff look super today in their maths themed outfits! Lots of creative number work happening in lessons, especially when thinking about future jobs and what type of maths skills are involved.
