Martial Art #2

Children at Oatlands Junior School experienced a very different week.

All children in school were given the opportunity to take part in martial arts taster sessions with X Martial Arts. They found out all about the benefits of learning a martial arts, including being a fun way to exercise and helping with balance and co-ordination.

The instructors showed children how to use pads to help improve their skills and demonstrated different moves children were able to try under supervision.
