Harrogate Town Football Club Players Visit OJS

Oatlands Junior School were very pleased to welcome two Harrogate Town Football Club stars: Dean Cornelius and Stephen Dooley.

Dean and Stephen told their individual stories about how they ended up playing at HTFC.

The children asked a wide range of fascinating questions - Who is the best player you have played against? How long have you played football? Who is your favourite footballer?

Miss Bakes was then assisted by Dean and Stephen in selecting 16 children to win tickets to see HTFC's weekend fixture against Grimsby Town.

We look forward to hearing about the game on Saturday.
