Safer Internet Day at Oatlands Junior School

Once again, children at Oatlands Junior School took part in nationwide activities linked to this year's Safer Internet Day on Tuesday 6th February 2024.

Ten classes were able to join BBC Learning live for an interactive lesson on Artificial Intelligence (AI). Children discovered how AI is used in day-to-day life and how it could be used in the future. They were also reminded of many top tips to keep themselves safe when on line.

Mrs Shacklock (Safeguarding Governor), Mrs Scarth and Mr Morley were lucky enough to join some classes and learn what they had discovered from all their activities on Safer Internet Day.
